MCS certification expanded

Renusol has announced the expansion of its MCS 012 certification, the latest step in the ongoing certification of its product portfolio.

This certification is obligatory for all pitched roof photovoltaics projects in the United Kingdom and was first granted for Renusol’s product portfolio in 2014 by BRE Global, a renowned approvals organisation. The certification is now being expanded to cover two new metal roof fastenings.

MS+H (item no. 420423) is a raised version of the tried-and-tested MetaSole+ which allows installers to leave a greater distance between the solar modules and the roof. This makes cable routing easier and ensures better rear ventilation for the modules. The new round lock seam clamp (item no. 400362) offers outstanding stability as well as cost efficiency. The two new products obtained MCS certification in January 2020, offering customers technical benefits as well as confirmed safety in accordance with the latest standards.
