Side panel 10°
  • The optionally available side panels give the system an aesthetic appearance.
  • Available for the Renusol FS Pro 10-S and 10-EW.
Easy to insert
Equipotential bonding
  • For the equipotential bonding of the FS Pro system earthing clips are utilised.
We make it possible!
Module dimension flexibility
  • The rail sets are pre-assembled for standard modules widths of 1100-1152 mm.
  • For other module dimensions, the ridge support can be moved effortlessly.

High-quality

High-quality and robust components for safe use

NO MOVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM UNDER LOAD

State-of-the-art wind tunnel tests (in accordance with the guidelines of the German Wind Technology Society) ensure that your system will not move, even as a result of climate change and increased wind loads.

Short Report ZPP

STATIC RELIABILITY

We have statically calculated all components of the system and an independent engineering office performed third party evaluation.

A SECURE HOLD FOR THE BALLAST

Ballast blocks ensure that the pv array is not lifted off or moved during storms. To achieve this, it is crucial that they are properly connected to the mounting system. We make sure of this by using high-quality ballast sets that make the ballast stay where it belongs.

Easily secured

We have put plenty of development and detail work into the one-piece locking bolt. It is secured by simply secured it into the rail channel and works without additional items such as springs or nuts being required.

Easily mounted

We have fitted the eave support with a lower stop for correct module alignment and quick installation. Position the module and slide the module frame to the stop of the eave support. Your module is immediately mounted correct and in a visually appealing way.

Easily balanced

The patented safety bolt and the eave support are both products of German engineering. In the event of module expansion due to temperature fluctuations, the articulated attachment of the eave support allows for compensation. This protects your solar modules.

High degree of pre-assembly

Pre-assembled to minimise effort on the construction site

Thanks to the high degree of pre-assembly, you can install the system 30% faster than non-pre-assembled systems. This reduces additionally the risk of errors during installation so that you can implement your projects faster, more securely and more economically than before.

Frequently asked questions

What system variants of the new Renusol FS Pro system will be available?
  • 10° South, 18° South, 10° East/West
  • Modules can be mounted in landscape or portrait orientation.
  • The module can be clamped on the long side
What module sizes can I use with the Renusol FS Pro system?

All current commercially available module sizes ranging from 990 mm – 1300 mm in width and up to 2400 mm in length.

Is continuous equipotential bonding possible with the Renusol FS Pro system?

Yes, it is part of the system and can be adapted and expanded according to the technical requirements. You will need items R500260 (Renusol FS Pro equipotential bonding clip S) and R500261 (Renusol FS Pro equipotential bonding clip EW) for the electrical connection of the base rails. The module frames can be earthed with item R900268 (P-Clip).

How much ballast is required to safeguard the Renusol FS Pro system against wind loads?

You can calculate this in our free Renusol PV Configurator 3.0 online. The PV Configurator 3.0 automatically determines the wind and snow loads at the project location and calculates the necessary ballast based on these and other boundary conditions such as building parameters, module size, etc.

How quickly can I set up the Renusol FS Pro system, working with three people?
  • Thanks to the high degree of pre-assembly, the installation of 10 south-facing modules will take around 10-15 minutes, depending on the conditions.
  • The installation of an east-west system with 10 modules will take about 8-10 minutes.
How much does the Renusol FS Pro system cost?

The system price depends on several parameters such as the module, geometry of the module field, etc. You can calculate an exact price with the PV Configurator 3.0.

When will the Renusol FS Pro system be available?

The system will be available from the first quarter of 2024.

How many parts does the Renusol FS Pro system consist of?

The system's high degree of pre-assembly greatly reduces the number of system components. The ridge and eave supports and the building protection are already pre-assembled on the base rails. Plug-in bolts for connecting the rails as well as wind deflectors and brackets are also required. The modules are attached to the system with our module clamps.

On what type of roofs can I use the Renusol FS Pro system?

The Renusol FS Pro system is suitable for all types of flat roofs, including roofs on residential buildings, industrial buildings, garages, etc. The system can also be used on level and stable ground. In the latter case, however, a growth barrier must be laid beforehand. Foil roofs, bitumen roofs, gravel roofs and green roofs are suitable roof coverings. The system can also be installed on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs or secured through the roof with special roof fasteners.

For which roof pitches can I use the Renusol FS Pro system?

For roof pitches of up to 5°, ballasting alone is sufficient. For higher roof pitches, the system must be secured through the roof with special roof fasteners.

How can the Renusol FS Pro system be ballasted?

Frost-proof concrete blocks can be used for ballasting. Please refer to the installation instructions for possible dimensions.

Can the system be used on sheet metal roofs?

The system can be screwed onto trapezoidal sheets and sandwich profiles. For this purpose, the system can be combined with the Renusol MS+ system. Please refer to the assembly instructions for assembly details.

Can the system also be combined with roof fasteners?

Roof fasteners (e.g. Nicholson Rooftrak IFPs, etc.) can be used to secure the system in position. No additional ballast is required for systems that are fixed exclusively with roof fasteners.

Does the system have measures to repel birds?

With a module inclination of 10° and landscape alignment, optionally available side plates (R 500265) can be fitted to the row end. These can prevent birds from nesting.

What do the cable management solutions look like?

Clips and cable ducts are available to route string cables. We recommend articles R 500262 and R 900035 for this purpose. For details, please refer to the assembly instructions.

Is the Renusol FS Pro system approved and certified?

For the United Kingdom, flat roof systems are not required to undergo MCS certification. Certifications for France (ETN) and Germany (DIBt) are in progress.

What is the product warranty for the system?

Renusol gives a 20-year warranty on the system, in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions. In particular, a project design must have been carried out using the PV Configurator and the system must have been installed accordingly.

Are there training courses for the Renusol FS Pro?

We regularly offer training courses. To make an appointment, please contact ts@renusol.com.
