Renusol FS
flat roof system with optimised statics
Due to a rail system and aerodynamic optimisation, the Renusol FS system is particularly suitable for larger and large flat roofs with limited load capacity. It is fixed with ballast and is statically secured by tests in the wind tunnel.
Variants & applications
- Reasonable with high and low angle of solar incidence (South and North Europe)
- Fairly low load capacity of the roof (because lighter)
- Fairly high tenancy (better utilisation of surface)
- Own consumption (production more continuously distributed over the day)
- With fairly high and medium angle of solar incidence (e.g. South and Central Europe)
- Full covering of the roof surface is not reasonable (e.g. because of limited own consumption or limited funding)
- Fairly low angle of solar incidence (e.g. North Europe)
- Full covering of the roof surface is not reasonable (e.g. because of limited own consumption or limited funding)
Renusol FS 10-EW/10-S/18-S with third rail
High snow load up to 5,400 Pa/m²;
can be combined with all Renusol FS variants
Renusol MS+P
Fixation on metal roofs.
Combination with Renusol MS+P for installation on low-pitched metal roofs, combinable with all Renusol FS-variants.
Renusol FS „Long version“
On request, longer base rails allow wider module distances.
Less shading and less ballast.
Renusol FS with roof connector
Roof connector fixed without additional weight. e.g. Nicholson Rooftrak®
Optionally more cost-effective without wind deflectors. With this, ballast is a bit heavier; just check it in the PV Configurator!
Advantages for you
To be mounted easily and fast
(e.g. plug bolts instead of screws, can be mounted nearly without measurements)
Fewer parts, short rails
simple logistics
Minimum distance of 60 cm from roof edge to panel/system
OptimiZed ballast, light-weight, but not too light, and safe
(on request also available without ballast with roof fasteners)
Transparent report on structural calculations ready for approval
No „creeping“ in case of temperature-dependent expansion due to short rails with connectors
Protection of roofing by wide bearing faces and various protective mats
