With a new partnership, the German assembly system manufacturer Renusol is opening up a further field of application in the photovoltaic market: with immediate effect, the company is selling standing seam clamps by the US manufacturer S-5! for metal roofs.
The S-5! fastening elements are an ideal supplement to the in-house VarioSole range and thus open up further application possibilities for the popular system to the benefit of users. The universal VS+ portfolio is ideally suited for the installation and mounting of photovoltaic systems on pitched roofs of all types and covers almost every conceivable application with its extensive range.
Not only the extensive product tests with very high holding forces, but also the generally very high quality of the entire product line speak in favour of standing seam clamps from the company that says it is the world's largest manufacturer of fastening solutions for metal roofs. In the past 25 years, S-5! clamps have been installed on more than 1.9 million roofs – practical experience that Renusol greatly values. The high quality and pronounced customer orientation of the US company are a particularly good match for the proven Renusol values. For the UK market, MCS certification has already been obtained for certain S-5! components in combination with Renusol mounting systems. For Germany, selected S-5! clamps have received building approval by the DiBt.
For Renusol customers, the partnership results not only in price advantages on the European market, but also in improved availability of these popular clamps. As a result, Renusol can be sure that it will be able to continue and expand the steadily successful trend of its own product lines through this promising partnership.
S-5! has provided reliable mounting solutions since 1992 with about 2 GigaWatts of solar securely anchored to metal roofs around the globe. The company founder and CEO, Rob Haddock has been a well respected metal roof consultant since 1983. S-5 products have been used on many high visibility roofs such as the Gemini Observatory and World Headquarters buildings for IBM, Apple and NATO. The company has been issued more than 50 patents for its many innovative technologies.
