After the takeover by PARI Group, the German PV-mounting systems supplier Renusol enjoys growing order intake. Within the international group of companies, Renusol Europe GmbH remains independent and continues its own development, production and sales.
„Our orders and revenues currently exceed the level of last year by approx. 15 per cent“, says Dr. Alexander Kirsch, partner of the PARI Group and managing director of Renusol Europe GmbH. Kirsch was already chairman of the non-executive board of Renusol GmbH from 2004 to 2014. „It proves that our customers continue to rely on the acknowledged quality of the mounting systems of Renusol. We remain partner for the wholesalers and support the installers with extensive technical services.“
The R&D team of Renusol keeps on developing new products that make the mounting of PV systems more secure, easier and comfortable. „We will introduce our next innovation into the market already as early as April,“ annouces Marko Balen, the head of product management at Renusol.
PARI Group had acquired Renusol in February 2017 from its former US mother company Gibraltar Industries, Inc. The product offering has been continued as well as the companies facilities in Cologne, Germany.

All companies together have about 3,000 employees operating globally in growing markets and sharing the same vision: Renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency should make the world cleaner.
Renusol Europe GmbH is part of the PARI Group, a network of individual companies operating worldwide. Renusol Europe was acquired by the PARI Group in March 2017 and carries on the business of Renusol GmbH, which has been active on the photovoltaic market since 1997.
