Renusol in 2025: events, innovation & smarter solar solutions

We are thrilled to share some exciting updates from Renusol Europe GmbH as we continue to drive innovation in the solar industry.

From our recent event participation to the launch of new products and software enhancements, it has been an eventful start to the year — and we are just getting started!

Hitting the road for solar events across Europe

In February, we had the opportunity to participate in Elmia Solar 2025 in Jönköping, Sweden. With over 100 professional exhibitors and nearly 4,000 visitors, the event is one of Sweden’s fastest-growing fairs for solar solutions and aims to highlight both the challenges and opportunities within the Swedish photovoltaic market.

This month, we also attended KEY — The Energy Transition Expo — in Rimini, Italy. This event is one of the largest trade fairs for renewable energy and energy transition in the Mediterranean region, with over 1,000 exhibitors.

We proudly introduced our latest innovation, the FS Pro — a solution designed to meet future solar demands — at both events. Alongside our trusted ConSole+, which has been tried and tested for decades, we showcased how experience and innovation go hand in hand to support sustainable energy solutions.

Latest product updates: FS PRO & PV-Configurator

We are excited to highlight our latest product innovations, including the FS Pro, at these events and throughout 2025.

FS Pro

The FS Pro is the ultimate, universal solution for flat-roof solar mounting. Designed for speed, simplicity and stability, this innovative system:

• Offers fast installation (30% faster than the previous system) thanks to a high degree of pre-assembly that saves time and minimises effort on the construction site. Pre-assembly also reduces the risk of errors during installation so that you can implement your projects faster, more securely and more economically than before.
• Is super lightweight, making the FS Pro ideal for rooftops with low load capacity.
• Features optimised aerodynamics to ensure your panels stay put, even in high winds. State-of-the-art wind tunnel tests (in accordance with the guidelines of the German Wind Technology Society) ensure your system will not move, even as a result of climate change and increased wind loads.
• Benefits from a flexible design that works with multiple module sizes and orientations for maximum efficiency and various application options.
• Uses high-quality and robust components for safe use (and comes with a 20-year warranty if designed with our PV-Configurator).

PV-Configurator 3.0 — new version 3.22.0 released

We have been listening to your feedback and are excited to introduce several new improvements to our PV-Configurator 3.0.

Key updates and enhancements in version 3.22.0 include:

• A faster configuration process with minor changes (like switching from one roof hook to another) no longer restarting the entire layout process. This saves you time and effort, making the design process much quicker and easier.
• An improved roof overview that is easily reachable and gives an overview of multiple roofs in projects with more than one roof (plus, it provides an accumulated BOM across all roofs). You can now also edit roof names and change the order of roofs, making project management clearer and more structured.
• A joint collaboration function that allows multiple users from one company to see and share each other’s projects.
• Side deflectors are now being shown in the roof view and the legend of the drawings. As you may know, our flat-roof FS Pro system can be equipped with side deflectors for aesthetic reasons or for bird management, so these updates make the design easier and more effective.
• Increasing the default rail size of the the FS Pro EW to 2380 mm to give more space between rows. The spacing can also be changed manually during the design phase to allow for more modules on the roof.
