Market-leading mounting for metal roofs

Different roof types require different mounting equipment to ensure the solar panels are installed securely and at the optimum angle. We offer a selection of PV mounting solutions for various roofs.

The MetaSole+ (MS+) system has been designed for pitched corrugated or trapezoidal metal roofs. To make the system even more versatile, we have developed a handful of variants of the MS+ system to suit alternative roofs and environments.

For trapezoidal sheet metal roofs requiring a landscape installation, Renusol recommends the standard MS+ system. This solution comes with short, non-continuous rails to provide the most flexibility over the system’s configuration, all while allowing you to save material along the way. Featuring a mounting bracket, fastening elements and module clamps, this system has everything you need for a secure and reliable metal-roof solar installation. PV modules with a frame height between 30mm to 50mm are ideal for the MS+ system.

This system comes with self-cutting screws that fasten the components into the roof directly. The compact design of the MS+ also reduces transport costs, saves storage space and facilitates construction site management. Additionally, the simplicity of the system means the mounting process on-site is fast and smooth.

The MS+P is an identical solution but has been designed to suit portrait installations, while the MS+H is suitable for hotter environments by providing more distance between the panel and the roof. This increased height allows for more airflow around the panels, keeping the modules cooler and contributing to higher efficiencies.

Our PV-Configurator 3.0 is a unique online design tool that lets solar professionals create a full mounting system with their chosen solar modules, setting parameters and providing structural calculations to ensure the mounting system purchased is perfect for the site down to the millimetre.
