Renusol has been developing its versatile yet robust PV mounting systems over the last 20 years. Our expert technicians have been refining Renusol’s solutions to ensure our customers experience the highest levels of quality, safety and durability.

Our five most iconic solar mounting systems are the VarioSole+, TriSole+, MetaSole+, ConSole+ and FS+. These solutions were created to suit every roof and every climate. Did you know we even designed a higher rail for hotter climates to allow for better module cooling?

VarioSole+

Applications: all pitched roofs

The modular VarioSole+ (VS+) system is perfect for nearly every kind of pitched roof in Europe. This system provides a varied choice of roof hooks and dozens of product combinations, meaning the configuration possibilities are endless. You can find three mounting rails in this system: two for medium to high loads and one for very high loads and/or span widths. We also offer a selection of universal, adjustable module clamps which suit many different frame types. Our patented RS1 clamp is a unique component as it can be used as a middle and an end clamp: simply rotate the top 90 degrees!

The VS+ is our most versatile system and is suitable for many different applications.

TriSole+

Applications: pitched and flat roofs  

The TriSole+ (TS+) system comprises a modular triangle, fastening elements and module clamps. It is the ideal mounting solution for pitched and flat roofs on commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings covered with trapezoidal metal or corrugated fibre cement. This foldable, triangular system creates elevated mounting for your solar panels and can be configured to suit an assortment of sites. Choose TS+ when an angle of 10–35 degrees is required.

MetaSole+

Applications: pitched corrugated/trapezoidal sheet metal roofs

We have developed a handful of variants of the MetaSole+ (MS+) system to suit different roofs and environments.

MS+: This is a landscape system with short rails for trapezoidal sheet metal roofs.

MS+P: This is a portrait system with short rails for trapezoidal sheet metal roofs.

MS+CORRUGATED: This is a landscape system with short rails for corrugated metal roofs.

MS+H: This is a higher variant of the standard MS+ system for hotter climates.

Each of our MS+ systems is designed to save as much material as possible and do not feature continuous rails, allowing for a more flexible installation. We have also included self-cutting screws into these kits that fasten the components into the roof directly. The compact design of the MS+ reduces transport costs, saves storage space and facilitates construction site management. Additionally, the simplicity of the system means mounting is fast and smooth.

FS Flat Roof

Application: flat roof

Our FS+ system is designed specifically for flat roofs with optimised statics. Thanks to the innovative rail system and aerodynamic optimisation, the FS is particularly suitable for larger flat roofs with a limited load capacity. It is fixed with a ballast and has been tested in a wind tunnel for its static security.

The range consists of a 10-degree east-west system, plus a 10-degree and 18-degree tilted south-facing mounting system.

ConSole+

Applications: flat roof or ground mounting

Our unique ConSole+ (CS+) is a free-standing solution that requires no penetration to install, meaning it is perfect for flat-roof or ground-mounted installations. Fitting the CS+ is unbelievably easy: place the tray in position, fill with the correct ballast and screw on the PV module. This design is both safe and straightforward and, to our knowledge, no other mounting system can be completed faster. The CS+ also has a proven history of more than 20 years’ success.

PV-Configurator 3.0 announcement

We are delighted to say that our renowned PV-Configurator 3.0 design software is now available in Swedish. Thanks to this update, you can now access the tool in 10 different languages!

Further, we recently uploaded a series of videos to our YouTube channel that demonstrate how to use the PV-Configurator. These instruction videos are in German, English, French, Spanish, Polish, Slovakian, Swedish, Italian, Danish, Czech and Dutch, so that more installers than ever can learn how to use our fantastic online tool.
