HDPE as roof cladding and water bearing layer

The InterSole system is based on light weather-resistant HDPE (high density polyethylene) available in plates or rolls. They are installed in place of the roofing and form the water-draining layer underneath the modules. HDPE is absolutely watertight and has only little effect on the roof load.

Harmonious integration

By means of special mounting brackets, the modules can be optimally adjusted to the height of the remaining roofing. The InterSole mounting rails consist of light, stable aluminium and are delivered in 3m standard pieces that can be extended as desired by inserting rail connectors.

The proven height-adjustable module clamps guarantee maximum compatibility with all current framed PV modules with 34-51mm frames. They are factory pre-assembled and fastened with a simple one-handed snap-on system.

Renusol GmbH is based in Cologne and develops, produces and sells mounting systems for photovoltaic systems for installation in and on top of roofs, as well as for outdoor installation. With its patented solutions, InterSole and ConSole, Renusol has set standards in the area of in-roof and flat-roof mounting.
